"They don't go above and beyond. If you change insurance be advised they may or may not actually bind the policy. This happened to me and I've spent hours calling both my first and second mortgage companies to provide them with documentation of insurance and deal with force place insurance costs. Also, if you get new insurance with them they won't even follow up with your mortgage company to be sure they have the correct info and bill to be paid. Be prepared to spend a lot of your time working on providing their insurance to your lenders and cleaning up their mess."
